Since 2021, Prism Energy have been providing project consultancy support for a marine installation contractor client after they approached us for support with their Cost & Schedule Risk Analysis’. The client in question is responsible for delivery, transport & installation of Foundations & Transition Pieces for an offshore wind development, off the coast of the United States.
We were tasked with providing probabilistic risk analysis of the overall budgetary estimates and delivery schedules to support Tender & Contract Negotiations with the developers and their partners. Recognising that Technical Risk, Non-Technical Risk and Uncertainty has the potential to disrupt Cost & Schedule Estimates is key to success!
